The company’s world-class management team collectively has more than 100 years of experience with major oil and gas producers such as Shell, Exxon, Eni, and Lukoil, working in prolific basins around the globe, offshore and onshore. Their risk management philosophy has been borne by experiencing multiple cycles in the oil and gas industry. Their experiences include participating in the discovery and development of some of this generation’s largest and most commercially successful oil fields on six of the seven continents.

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Comprehensive operational acumen in upstream oil and gas with wide ranging experience in corporate planning, oil field discovery and development and operational execution. Mr. Hogan honed his strategic and disciplined style in senior executive roles at Lukoil, PanAtlantic Exploration, Eni, Devon Energy, Pennzoil and Exxon.

Peter Mullin
VICE PRESIDENT EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Global explorer with deep geosciences prowess and vast experience in developing and maintaining portfolio assets for Shell and Hess in Angola, Brazil, Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea and Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. Mullin has performed detailed technical evaluations in other areas including Equatorial Guinea, Colombia, Cote d’Ivoire and unconventional plays onshore U.S.

Twenty-six years of complex corporate transaction experience, including in-house and outside general counsel roles for domestic and international energy companies with operations in the U.S., Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

Lynn Ross
CORPORATE SECRETARY
Ms. Ross’s broad experience includes regulatory, legal, marketing, project management, and administration skills, having worked for companies such as Schlumberger, American Airlines, and PepsiCo. Before joining Werrus AquaMarine, she served as Director of Regulatory Compliance for ExpressJet Airlines / Continental Express. She is a certified paralegal.
